1. What materials are used in Seasand Creations jewelry?
Most of our jewelry is gold-plated. While some pieces may handle occasional exposure to water, gold plating is delicate by nature. To help preserve the finish and shine of your jewelry, we strongly recommend keeping all gold-plated items away from water, lotions, perfumes, and sweat.
2. What should I do if my jewelry gets wet?
If your jewelry accidentally comes into contact with water, don't worry. Simply pat it dry immediately with a soft paper towel or cloth. Avoid rubbing or letting it air dry, as this can dull the finish or cause tarnishing over time.
3. How long does shipping take?
We typically take 1 to 5 business days to process and ship your order. You'll receive an email confirmation once your package is on the way. If we expect any delays in sending your order to the post office or if your package may arrive later than expected, we’ll notify you by email using the address provided at checkout.
4. Do you accept returns?

5. Where is Seasand Creations based? Do you ship internationally?
Seasand Creations is proudly based in Canada. While we currently ship within Canada, we’re working on expanding our shipping options and hope to offer international shipping in the near future. Stay tuned!
